At Yardz, we want your home and garden to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. If your purchase doesn't quite fit your space, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Yardz account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
